Labcorp is seeking a Software Development Intern to join our Service Now Development Team located in Durham, NC, with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule!

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40hrs per week

• Participate in software development from requirements gathering to final product on the Service Now ITSM Module and Platform Integrations

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Software Engineering

• Good Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Interest in IT Service Management tools and methodology
• Proactive individual who is curious to learn how their work translates to user experience and operational efficiencies.
• Maintains professionalism, including punctuality and appropriate conduct

The Service Now development team supports the overall Service Now platform, development, business requirements, security, CMDB and overall health and maintenance of the platform which has a user base of 65,000 users and 3,800 IT Professionals for IT Service Management

• Compensation: Paid internship; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
• Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2027 through June 2029 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply
