Manages within the respective portfolio the assigned product, solution and/or service portfolio and a department of individual Product Managers..AT Product Manager Manages and defines the product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned and drives their business performance across the whole product lifecycle.

Job Description Manages the Advanced Therapies product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned with full responsibility for the results, including definition of their customer and market requirements, growth & profit strategies, business planning, road mapping.

Constantly observes relevant competitors' product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s).Defines product marketing strategies (product/solution/service, price, placement, promotion).Establishes and manages or synchronizes a cross functional team to realize the development of the XP product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned.

Drives the AT business performance of the product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned over the whole product lifecycle in cooperation with all partners over the whole process chain (PLM / SCM / CRM).Contributes to activities to continuously improve the product lifecycle management.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field is required.

Professional

Experience:

8–10-years' experience in healthcare marketing, product management, or business development is highly desirable. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.

The base pay range for this position is:$161,170 - $221,606

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
