• Lead end-to-end operational excellence initiatives from problem identification through implementation and benefit realization.
• Monitor operational and performance KPIs to proactively identify emerging risks, trends, and issues, providing early insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with business leaders and functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and address operational challenges.
• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to define issues, identify root causes, develop recommendations, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and support decision‑making.
• Develop business cases that quantify benefits, costs, risks, and success measures.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams without direct authority to drive execution and accountability.
• Establish KPIs, controls, and reporting processes to sustain improvements.
• Present findings, recommendations, and status updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.

• 5‑7 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Consulting, Operations, Process Improvement, Project Management, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading process improvement or operational initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

• Experience in healthcare, medical device, field service, or other complex operational environments.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with Lean, DMAIC, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, or similar methodologies.
• Experience using Power BI or related reporting and visualization tools.

This is a Hybrid position. Must be in the office at times.
