The Business Operations Analyst I supports the delivery of education technology solutions for state and local education agencies across North Carolina and South Carolina. This position is designed for early-career professionals looking to develop expertise in business analysis, client operations, service delivery, product support, and project delivery. Successful candidates are curious, analytical, collaborative, and eager to learn new systems, processes, and technologies.

Support day-to-day service delivery activities for assigned clients, projects, and products. Investigate and analyze complex client-reported issues. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution of incidents. Provide clear and professional communication regarding issue status, resolutions, and next steps.

Assist with requirements gathering, process documentation, workflow analysis, and solution design activities. Create and maintain process flows, user guides, standard operating procedures, and other operational documentation. Assist in identifying root causes of issues and recommending practical solutions.

Collaborate with clients, product teams, quality assurance teams, and developers to support software enhancements and project initiatives. Participate in testing activities, including user acceptance testing, regression testing, and production validation. Assist with release readiness activities, change management efforts, and feature adoption initiatives.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, processes, and technologies quickly. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate information and identify trends or patterns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexible, self-starter mindset with intellectual curiosity and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Bachelor's degree. 0-3 years of professional experience in business operations, customer support, project coordination, business analysis, education, technology, or related fields.

Remote, possibility of 15-20% in office
