HSE LOTO Construction Coordinator; LSNA

Position: HSE LOTO Construction Coordinator (LSNA)
As a HSE LOTO Construction Coordinator Professional , you'll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. We are looking for a passionate Construction Professional in Wilson, NC who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.

By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you'll help our teams achieve our client's objectives. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.  You'll be surrounded by expert mentorship and mentoring opportunities to help you and your team thrive.

-    Bachelors degree is construction, safety or other; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree

-    5+ years of HSE coordinator experience.

-    OSHA 30 certificate required.

-    Demonstrate knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.

-    Ability to read and understand comprehensive drawings for process equipment.

-    Thorough understanding of energy isolation and control of hazardous energy.

Ideally, you'll also have:

-    Proficient in Microsoft Applications and familiarity with the functions of Cloud based services.

-    Experience in a construction management role.

-       OSHA 30 Hour Training (construction), or 500, 501 preferred

-       Experience in the Life Sciences construction projects
