Traveling Mechanical Construction Superintendent
We are seeking a Traveling Mechanical Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial projects across the U.S. This individual will oversee HVAC, piping, and plumbing installations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Responsibilities- Manage daily field operations and subcontractors
- Coordinate manpower, schedules, and project execution
- Ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met
- Collaborate with project managers, owners, and trade partners
- Travel full-time to project sites
- 5+ years of mechanical construction superintendent experience
- Strong background in large commercial projects ($20M+ preferred)
- Experience with HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
- Proven leadership and scheduling skills
- Willingness to travel nationwide
