Civil Construction Project Manager

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience (onsite/in-field)
• 2+ years of experience working on civil projects
• Experience supporting or managing projects, preferably $5M+ in value
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience on large-scale ($50M+) projects
• Leadership or mentorship experience

Due to a growing backlog, the company is hiring a Project Manager to support projects in either the Cary, NC or Charlottesville, VA markets.

This role offers high visibility and ownership, managing multiple projects from preconstruction through completion, all within a local travel radius (30–45 miles).

• Manage 2–3 projects simultaneously ($5M–$10M range)
  • Budgeting & cost forecasting
• Collaborate with estimating, field teams, and operations
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and safely
• Gain exposure to larger-scale projects ($50M+) over time
• Local job sites only (no heavy travel)
• Hybrid office + field

Yearly Pay: $110,000-$125,000/year

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
