Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our cost management and estimating team for an upcoming pharma client project. This on-site role focuses on estimating, change orders, negotiations and cost reporting across large-scale projects.
You will prepare detailed estimates from concept through construction documents, research market prices, and build relationships with subcontractors and clients. A strong background in pharma/life sciences construction is a plus.
