We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to help drive the successful execution of a major project near Cary, North Carolina.

Job Details

Lead electrical field operations and oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.
Support project planning efforts, including construction execution plans, schedules, sequencing, budgeting, and change management.
Conduct site inspections, monitor field activities, and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating with project managers, construction managers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
5+ years of construction site management experience.
Proven experience serving as a Superintendent on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction safety practices, quality control, scheduling, and subcontractor management.

Experience with in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industrial environments preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.
