This is a full-time position (not an internship) based out of our headquarters in Cary, NC. Candidates are expected to work on-site Monday through Friday for a standard 40-hour work week.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education:
High School Diploma required; college degree preferred - Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of professional full-time work experience - Language

Must be a commutable distance to the headquarters in Cary, NC - Availability:
Must be available to work on-site Monday through Friday for a standard 40-hour work week

- Perform general physical activities in construction environments including working at heights, climbing ladders, and working on commercial and residential roofs
- Organize, plan, and execute work assignments
- Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and complete work assignments with strong attention to detail
- Identify, analyze, and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Communicate information effectively through oral and written methods
- Apply logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Observe performance of the team and organization – including yourself - and implement improvements or corrective actions as needed
- Ability to carry and load materials and equipment exceeding 75 pounds
- Remove and handle ladders from service trucks
- Set up ladders to safely access roofs for evaluations
- Climb ladders, stairways, and scaffolding as required
