Role Summary
We are seeking an energetic, tech-savvy, and detail-driven Digital Travel Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you will create customized itineraries, coordinate with top-tier suppliers, and deliver seamless travel experiences all within a fully digital environment.

What You Will DoCraft personalized travel itineraries tailored to client preferences
Communicate with clients through professional emails and digital platforms
Research destinations, dining, cultural activities, and exclusive experiences
Coordinate directly with suppliers to arrange curated travel packages
Book air, hotel, car rentals, and ground transportation using preferred vendor networks
Perform hotel rate checks and secure competitive pricing
Arrange concierge services and specialty requests
Maintain accurate client travel documents, invoices, and records
Support ticketing, itinerary processing, travel credits, and administrative tasks
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients
Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Strong written communication skills
Ability to manage timelines and meet goals
Sales awareness and customer service mindset
Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Business (a plus)
Multilingual abilities are highly valued
