Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding prescription status, payments, and medication delivery scheduling
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve non-clinical inquiries
- Update patient profiles and document progress notes accurately
- Verify insurance information and provide invoice copies
- Transfer clinical questions to pharmacists or nurses when appropriate
- Report adverse events and product complaints to clinicians
- Minimum 1 year of Call Center experience
- Strong attendance and schedule adherence
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Onsite gym (with signed waiver)
- Hybrid opportunity after training if performance metrics are met
- Opportunity to transfer internally after 1 year
