We are seeking an energetic, tech-savvy, and detail-driven Digital Travel Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you will create customized itineraries, coordinate with top-tier suppliers, and deliver seamless travel experiences all within a fully digital environment. You Will Do
- Craft personalized travel itineraries tailored to client preferences
- Communicate with clients through professional emails and digital platforms
- Research destinations, dining, cultural activities, and exclusive experiences
- Coordinate directly with suppliers to arrange curated travel packages
- Book air, hotel, car rentals, and ground transportation using preferred vendor networks
- Perform hotel rate checks and secure competitive pricing
- Arrange concierge services and specialty requests
- Maintain accurate client travel documents, invoices, and records
- Support ticketing, itinerary processing, travel credits, and administrative tasks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients
- Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to manage timelines and meet goals
- Sales awareness and customer service mindset
- Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Business (a plus)
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued
