Our client, a global technology and service operations organization, is seeking a  
** Customer Service Professional
** to join their team. As a  
** Customer Service Professional** , you will support business process stabilization, backlog management, and system transition activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a process-driven mindset that will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $17 per hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Manage and resolve service notifications, tickets, and work items requiring manual intervention.

+ Monitor, prioritize, and clear backlogs while ensuring timely completion of aging or unassigned tasks.

+ Validate, reconcile, and update data across multiple service management systems during system transitions.

+ Perform administrative cleanup activities, documentation reviews, and workflow corrections to maintain operational accuracy.

+ Support service continuity by ensuring proper routing and documentation completion

** What's Needed?*
* + Experience working in service operations, call management, ticketing, or administrative support environments.

+ Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume workloads accurately.

+ Ability to identify workflow inconsistencies and resolve process-related issues.

+ Comfortable working across multiple systems while following established procedures and guidelines.
