CRC Group is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Associate for a temporary, hybrid role. You will enter, update, and maintain customer information in our systems, and communicate with customers by phone or email while ensuring accurate records.
Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, resolving routine questions, and collaborating on projects as needed. The assignment lasts up to six months with typical 8–5 hours and possible overtime.
