What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end planning, scheduling, and deployment of field resources to meet customer commitments.
- Coordinate customer communications for service events and manage appointment scheduling, including complex customer interactions.
- Apply prioritization and capacity planning strategies to optimize resource utilization and respond to changing business demands.
- Collaborate closely with field management and cross-functional teams to coordinate resource deployment and drive successful service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with global stakeholders across multiple business functions to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2+ years of experience in managing customer communications, scheduling, or service coordination in a fast-paced environment.
What Sets You Apart:
- Ability to utilize problem solving skills when reprioritizing activities and resources to meet the requirements of a highly dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively communicate with customers, internal partners, and diverse audiences.
- Ability to support complex projects and determine the critical path to improve timely performance is essential.
- Able to independently perform important areas of standard professional level work that typically requires processing and interpreting more complex, less clearly defined issues.
- Good organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to function as a Change Agent and successfully exhibit and promote change management, customer focus, and elevated levels of integrity.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, high level of initiative, embraces an ownership culture.
- You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- LEAN/6 Sigma methodology.
- Experience or knowledge of client business.
