Customer Service Representative
The part time Customer Service Rep is responsible for handling inbound telephone calls to minimize workflow interruptions due to non-clinical related customer inquiries, such as general prescription status or financial information. 100% Onsite during the 8-12 weeks of training (hours 9 am - 5:30 pm. Part Time (permanent schedule Monday and Tuesday only from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Qualifications:
Previous call center experience preferred. Previous health
