Service Advisor – Leith Volkswagen of Cary

Leith Volkswagen of Cary invites candidates to join their service team as a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor serves as the liaison between technicians and the parts department, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth service operations.

• Meet and greet customers with courtesy and efficiency.
• Provide an outstanding guest experience and obtain customer authorization for work.
• Write up service needs, give accurate estimates for cost and completion time.
• Communicate effectively with customers to achieve satisfactory repairs and sales of necessary repair or maintenance services.
• Apply knowledge of warranty, service, and insurance policies.
• Keep customers informed and advise them of the prognosis for their vehicle.
• Call customers to set appointments and answer telephone calls in a timely manner.
• Attend and complete required training and department meetings.

• High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Good reading, writing, and math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours.
• Computer proficiency.

• Commission eligible role with an average monthly base pay of $3,000 to $10,000, with earnings based on performance.
