As our Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face that our patients rely on, ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. You’ll work closely with our highly skilled doctors, using state-of-the-art equipment to deliver the best care possible. And you’ll do it all in a warm, supportive environment where your contributions truly matter.

What

You'll Do:

Be the Warm Welcome
:
Greet patients with a smile, answer their questions, and make sure they feel right 'll be the go-to person for any concerns, making their experience smooth and stress-free.

Master of Schedules
:
Keep our day running like clockwork by managing appointments, ensuring follow-ups are booked, and staying on top of patient care needs.

Guide the Way
:
Discuss treatment plans, insurance details, and payment options with patients, ensuring they understand every step of their dental journey.

Prep for Success
:
Make sure everything is ready before each appointment, from paperwork to lab results, so our team can focus on what they do best – caring for our patients.

Support the Team
:
Assist with administrative tasks, update patient records, and help with whatever else comes up, because teamwork makes the dream work!

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience with Open Dental (preferred)
  • A background in dental care (2+ years required)
  • Experience with Dental Insurance -- understanding insurance benefits, sending claims, and handling denials (required)
  • Experience with the Veteran Affairs (preferred)
  • Top-notch communication and multitasking skills – you’re organized and efficient.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor – patients and team members love working with you.
