Are you a flexible team player with an upbeat attitude? If your strengths lie in web design and development, consider using those toward bringing the nations to the knowledge of Christ! TWR needs folks to engage in website management, landing page creation, and online storefront administration. Working closely with our web content and social media coordinator, your experience with website analytics, problem‑solving, debugging, and data management will, on a daily basis, help overcome barriers to share hope everywhere!

This position is a supported/sponsored missionary role (not a direct hire opportunity), so the approved candidate would need to develop a team of partners to provide financially for their full salary and benefits. This position is a combination of website development with engagement in design, layout and coding.

• Website management and landing page creation, making them engaging, easy to understand and use while adhering to design standards and specifications
• Testing and improving the design of websites across devices (i.e. desktop, mobile, tablet)
• Incorporating functionalities and features into website
• Online storefront administration
• Obtain and utilize data and analytics in making design decisions
• Work closely with the Web Content & Social Media Coordinator

• Bachelor’s degree in web design
• Demonstrated experience in web design and/or development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, US and SEO is essential
• Experience with website analytics, problem solving, debugging and data management is preferred
• Basic knowledge of graphics and visual design with experience in Canva, Photoshop or other software a plus
• Basic understanding of email marketing, such as Mail Chimp or Marketo
