Our client, a chemical dependency facility in North Carolina, is seeking a Locum Psychiatrist for a 90-day assignment with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will be available to start in February 2025, working full-time hours from 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will work in an inpatient setting, treating substance abuse patients and utilizing medication management to address addiction and withdrawal symptoms for various substances, including heroin, opioids, stimulants, and alcohol.

Your responsibilities will include performing admissions, assessments, and daily patient rounds across inpatient departments with co-authority.

Facility Type: Chemical Dependency Facility

Location: North Carolina

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm (40 hours per week)

Start Date: February 2025

Duration: 90 days (with potential for extension)
