Overview
Looking for an energetic and enthusiastic instructor for children of all ages to work on Sundays. Recommended to have a background in early childhood development / childcare (e.g. camp counselor, tutor, coach). Playing an instrument or having a background in theater, dance, gymnastics or any other sport is a PLUS!
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
About The Little GymThe Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs use movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build confidence and the skills needed at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus camps, Parents’ Survival Nights and birthday festivities.
As part of The Little Gym team, you will join a family dedicated to the growth and development of children around the globe.
All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise, and all hiring decisions are made by the management of that franchise. Responsibilities- Provide high-energy, kid-centered instruction on Sundays for children of various ages.
- Support movement-based learning, imaginative play, and confidence-building activities.
- Engage children in gymnastics, dance, sports prep, and related activities as appropriate.
- Help create a positive, safe, and fun environment consistent with The Little Gym values.
- Background in early childhood development / childcare (e.g., camp counselor, tutor, coach).
- Experience with music, theatre, dance, gymnastics or other sports is a plus.
- Willingness to submit to a background check.
- Available for weekend shifts and weekly team meetings (Fridays 3:00 – 4:30 PM).
