Job Overview

Pro Sidian seeks a Performance Management Training Course Instructor (USARC
0015015) for program support. This position is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) role located at Fort Bragg, NC or virtually across the Southeast. The instructor aligns with the GSA Labor Category:
Content Subject Matter Expert/Instructor II and may convert to a full-time Pro Sidian employed W‑2 position.

• Develop lesson plans and facilitate classroom and virtual instruction.
• Conduct assessments, provide coaching and feedback, and support curriculum updates.
• Deliver 1‑day instructor‑led training sessions and virtual engagements.
• Use LMS platforms, audio/visual technologies, and interactive exercises.
• Maintain performance‑based learning methodologies.

• 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, or instructional delivery experience.
• Previous military or civilian workforce development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; instructional certifications preferred.
• Strong facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, and assessment skills.
• Leadership, collaboration, problem‑solving, communication, adaptability, and customer focus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Expertise in performance planning, SMART objectives, feedback, coaching, employee development, and performance evaluation.
• Experience with performance‑management training in the DOD/Military sector.

• NACI eligibility.
• Ability to deliver in‑person and virtual training across the Southeast and U.S. East Coast.
