Job Description$5000 Incentive – EC Adapted Teacher recruited for the school year will receive a $5,000 recruitment incentive.
$3000/year additional supplement for EC Teachers
Must be licensed in EC and hold a NC Professional Educator’s License. The Critical Staff Incentive Agreement requires the teacher to serve the school district for at least two full school years.
Annual supplement ranges from $6,200 to $7,600 for teachers based on years of experience:
- TEACHERS & CERTIFIED PERSONNEL Years A License G License 0-3 $ 6,200 $ 6,400
- 4 $ 6,300 $ 6,500
- 5 $ 6,400 $ 6,600
- 6-8 $ 6,500 $ 6,700
- 9-14 $ 7,100 $ 7,300
- 15-21 $ 7,200 $ 7,400
- 22-26 $ 7,300 $ 7,500
- 27+ $7,400 $ 7,600
