Provide services and support as a Communication Training Course Instructor aligned with the Professional Communication and Organizational Effectiveness (Communication Training)

Functional Area

in the DOD/Military Industry Sector.

• Deliver communication learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance.
• Develop lesson plans; facilitate classroom and virtual instruction; conduct assessments; provide coaching and feedback; support curriculum updates and survey‑driven improvements.
• Conduct facilitated discussions, coaching exercises, scenario‑based learning, and applied communication activities to enhance collaboration, workplace relationships, and organizational effectiveness.
• Design and deliver 1‑day (8 hour) instructor‑led training or virtual engagements as a Training Design Specialist / Instructor Level II.

• 5–10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; instructional certifications preferred.
• Alignment with functional and technical requirements in the DOD/Military Sector.

• Facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, and assessment.
• Proficient with LMS platforms, audio/visual technologies, interactive exercises, and performance‑based learning methodologies.

• Leadership, collaboration, problem solving, communication, adaptability, and customer focus.

• Integrates LMS platforms, audio/visual technologies, interactive exercises, and performance‑based learning methodologies.
• This position requires NACI eligibility to support USARC CPMO Civilian Leadership & Development Program; in‑person and virtual delivery.
• Security clearance is a valuable asset for engagement teams managing sensitive work.
