Distribution Project Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute multiple simultaneous distribution projects
• Conduct feasibility studies and determine best approach for construction
• Work as a liaison between sales and operations staff
• Plan and manage all aspects of distribution construction projects
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for short and long-term planning
• Conduct trend and reporting analysis of project costs
• Coach and assist in training Associate DPSs
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Associates degree
• 2 years related work experience
• In lieu of Associates degree, High School/GED AND 3 years related work experience
• Bachelor's degree (desired)
• 5 years related work experience (desired)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, technical, Engineering, Construction Mgmt, or other (additional preferred)
• 5 years Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt (additional preferred)
• Knowledge and experience with applicable safety policies, procedures, and best practices
• Knowledge and experience with applicable government rules and regulations
• Read and comprehend engineering drawings and maps
• Manage multiple projects or tasks concurrently
• Utilize computer assisted design/drafting software (GIS, AutoCAD, Micro Station) and other technology platforms (ARM, Power Plan, Service Suite, S2K, Locus View, Maximo)
