Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) is looking for a Senior Flight Engineer to join our team in MCAS New River, NC performing V22 aircrew duties in support of the Japan V22 Foreign Military Sales Program. Position

Responsibilities
  • Perform preflight and post flight inspections
  • Conduct flightline and classroom instruction of both USG and Japanese aircrew
  • Develop curriculum and review publication of service guidance documents
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • Hold an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required). A clearance active within the past 24 months is considered active.
  • Have the capability to fly tactical or fighter aircraft, including maintaining an FAA Class 2 medical examination, being aeronautically and physiologically adapted to high‑performance aircraft, and being current or able to pass U.S. Navy or U.S. Air Force sponsored physiological, water survival, egress, and ejection seat training.
  • Have experience as a V‑22 Plane Captain.
  • Have experience as a V‑22 U.S. Military MOS instructor or similar.
  • Have experience as a Low Altitude Tactics Instructor.
  • Have performed V‑22 flight crew duties within the past 730 days.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
  • V‑22 Night Systems Instructor.
  • V‑22 Collateral Duty Inspector.
  • Experience with JGSDF aircrew training and training management.

Summary pay range: $118,150 – $159,850.
