Full-time | Exempt ## About the Role Voltage is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective production. You’ll collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to optimize workflows, resolve challenges, and support a rapidly growing manufacturing operation.##

What You’ll Do
* Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, and process documentation.
* Analyze production workflows to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
* Establish labor standards and process cycle times.
* Support process validation and production readiness activities.
* Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and process-related issues.
* Investigate defects and implement corrective actions to improve quality.
* Support daily production operations to enhance throughput and performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturability and reduce waste.
* Participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events.
* Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to reduce scrap, rework, and downtime.
* Maintain manufacturing records, BOMs, and engineering change documentation.
* Analyze production data and develop reports to support decision-making.
* Support ERP transactions and manufacturing system updates.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.## What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* 2–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
* Experience supporting production environments (wire harness, electrical assembly, automotive, or similar preferred).
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement methodologies.
* Familiarity with PFMEA, Control Plans, and Root Cause Analysis.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
* Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.## Why Join Us?
