** About the Role
** Voltage is seeking an experienced EHS professional to oversee environmental, health, and safety compliance within our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while driving a proactive safety culture, reducing risk, and supporting continuous improvement across the facility.
** What You’ll Do
*** Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable state and environmental regulations.
* Conduct routine audits, inspections, and assessments across manufacturing, warehouse, and office areas.
* Support environmental permitting, reporting, and regulatory recordkeeping requirements.
* Maintain OSHA logs and ensure accurate regulatory documentation.
* Administer safety programs including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Hazard Communication.
* Investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and safety concerns.
* Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Track and analyze safety metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
* Deliver new hire safety orientation and ongoing safety training programs.
* Monitor environmental compliance activities and reporting processes.
** What We’re Looking For
*** Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field.
* 3-5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements.
* Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis.
* Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
