Subcontracts Manager; LSNA-NC​/VA

• Develop upfront procurement planning activities such as the Subcontracting section of the Supply Management Execution Plan (SMEP), establish subcontracting strategies, and develop project‑specific templates, reports and tools.
• Manage the activities of a team of subcontract administrators and other supporting procurement functions, including assigning package priorities, eliminating obstacles, managing the interface with Jacobs and client management, providing on‑the‑job training, and offering support and guidance.
• Use critical thinking and problem‑solving to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the project’s subcontracting efforts.
• Utilize established policies, procedures, systems and tools.
• Coordinate the procurement of subcontracted services and administer procurement agreements and change orders (modifications) to accomplish project or group objectives and obligations.
• Review subcontract‑related invoices and ensure that invoices are approved in accordance with terms and conditions agreed within the subcontract.

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, construction, supply chain, or operations management, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 8+ years of experience in an EPCM construction contracting environment.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical/life‑science manufacturing projects preferred.
• Anticipated travel 10‑20% of the time.

The base salary range for this position is $ to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
