Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

At the core of this company is its electrical contracting capabilities, specializing in the industrial, automotive, general contracting, commercial, telecommunications, health care, public works, institutional and other specialized markets. We handle simple plan-and-spec projects to those requiring in-house Design/Build expertise. Our project managers, estimators, engineers and on‑site project foremen work to ensure that every project is designed, planned and executed efficiently and expertly.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in electrical construction to join our rapidly growing team. We have expanded to the Greensboro area so now is the time to join as we continue to grow.

• Total Compensation: $115,000 - $140,000 per year

• Ensures all project are implemented in accordance with the design and responds timely to questions related to field conditions
• Develop and/or review electrical engineering technical specifications and bid documents for engineered equipment, materials engineering, and construction service contracts
• Lead day to day design (where applicable) and construction management of significant elements of IBMS and electrical interface works on projects, including procurement, installation, and commissioning
• Oversee, schedule and coordinate internal and external resources for project completion
• Oversee job start and project closeout materials

• 3+ years experience in electrical construction
• Greenfield or Brownfield experience
• Electrical engineering degree preferred OR relevant electrical construction experience
