Sirius Staffing is seeking multiple Manufacturing Analyst positions in Whitsett, NC Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing production processes, systems, and product configurations within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on improving efficiency, maintaining accurate system data (SAP/BOM), and ensuring smooth production operations through engineering analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and control engineering specifications and product configurations.
- Manage and update Bill of Materials (BOM) and Engineering Change (EC) data.
- Support product setup and routing using SAP (HANA / S4) and internal systems.
- Analyze manufacturing processes and develop process improvements.
- Configure systems such as label design and Zebra printers for production.
- Collaborate with global engineering and production teams for product launches.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and troubleshooting activities.
- Lead or assist with continuous improvement (Lean manufacturing) projects.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Update SAP with product structures, routing, and standard times.
- Support production lines when configuration or system issues arise.
- Analyze process flow, line balance, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, ops, and quality teams.
- Handle urgent production needs and engineering changes.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in:
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Engineering Technology (or related field)
- 2–3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in electronics or server manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of:
- SAP / ERP systems
- BOM management
- Manufacturing processes and workflows
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement.
- Process analysis (time studies, line balancing).
- CAD or layout tools (for process optimization).
- Understanding of assembly, testing, and packaging processes.
