Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of embedded electrical assemblies. This includes component selection, cable assembly design, datasheet analysis, component testing, schematic and PCB design, documentation assembly, and design testing. You will collaborate with the firmware team during board bring‑up and debugging, support manufacturing and assembly as needed, and perform ESD, EMC, and safety testing.

Typical Day
  • Collaborate with other engineers to design and develop products guided by product management.
  • Design and test complex electronic systems.
  • Create design specifications, schematics, drawings, and test procedures.
  • Make critical design decisions based on dynamic product requirements, component availability, and technical circumstances.
  • Create cable‑assembly drawings.
  • Develop reports documenting the design history and test results.
Qualified Candidates Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering;
    Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in product development and teamwork.
  • 3+ years of experience troubleshooting electrical circuits.
  • 3+ years of experience designing embedded system hardware in schematic and PCB layout.
  • Experience with power delivery and signal integrity in electrical circuits.
  • Experience designing mixed‑signal, multi‑layer PCBs for state‑of‑the‑art applications including FPGAs, using Altium Designer.
  • Experience with high‑speed digital interfaces.
  • Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and materials.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness and desire to work in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance testing for safety and electromagnetic compatibility of electrical products as well as mitigation techniques.
  • Proficient with Altium.
