• Under supervision, complete civil engineering designs and generate professional plans, specifications, technical calculations, exhibits, and reports in the following areas:
  • Site Layout, Grading, Storm Drainage, Water & Sewer Utilities
  • Erosion and Sediment Control
  • Storm Water Best Management Practices
  • Variety of Civil 3D Plans, exhibits, and technical deliverables
  • Municipal and State permitting

• Evaluate design to solve constructability, municipal code, and site challenges.
• Coordinate with Architects, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineers.
• Perform site visits to scope work and coordinate with survey crews, SUE, Geotech, etc.
• Provide periodic construction support, including review of RFIs and shop drawings, field inspections, etc.

• Required:
  
  Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering.
• Preferred:
  Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain within 6 months.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and with team members.
• Ability to engage in multiple projects and deliver successful requirements.
• Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
• Proactive troubleshooting and problem‑solving with client‑focused solutions.
• Experience dealing with regulatory agencies and review professionals.
• 3–8+ years of related civil engineering experience.
• Computer skills:
  AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, WaterCAD, MS Office.

Following an offer, candidates will be required to satisfactorily complete employment reference checks, verification of professional licensure and/or educational credentials, a motor vehicle report (MVR), and a comprehensive background check.
