Land Development Project Manager – North Carolina
A growing engineering firm is seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to lead site development projects, manage staff, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- 7+ years of relevant civil engineering experience
- NC Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Lead land development projects from concept through permitting and construction
- Manage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
- Oversee site plans, construction documents, stormwater, drainage, and erosion control design
- Manage local, state, and federal permitting
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business development
- Civil 3D proficiency required;
Bluebeam and Microsoft Office preferred - Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills
