Job DescriptionExperience: Entry Level
Salary: $115,000 - $145,000 per year
- Lead the design and implementation of complex mechanical HVAC systems, including air handling, chilled water, hot water, steam, condensate, dehumidification, controls, and utility systems
- Serve as Project Lead through all project phases, including feasibility studies, building assessments, basis of design reports, and detailed engineering documentation
- Manage project scope, budgets, staffing requirements, schedules, and technical deliverables in partnership with Project Managers
- Oversee and mentor engineering and design teams, reviewing work products and ensuring quality, code compliance, and design excellence
- Minimum of 4 years leading or supervising engineers and designers on multidisciplinary project teams.
- 10+ years of mechanical engineering and HVAC design experience within the building design industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Proficiency with engineering design software and drafting platforms such as AutoCAD and Revit, including load calculation and energy analysis tools
- Strong expertise in HVAC and utility generation systems, applicable building codes, and construction processes.
