As a Junior Consultant, you will work alongside experienced colleagues and contribute to projects involving engineering, operations, and business improvement. This is an opportunity to develop your consulting skills, take ownership of your work, and gain experience working with clients and multidisciplinary project teams.

Your new workday will include

As a Junior Consultant, you will:

  • Support project teams with engineering, operational, and business improvement activities primarily within Life Science / Bio Tech / Pharmaceutical industries
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret technical and business data
  • Support problem-solving and process improvement initiatives
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for clients and project teams
  • Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders across disciplines
  • Participate in client meetings and support the communication of technical concepts and recommendations
  • Work on-site with clients and travel when required
What we're looking for

To succeed in this role, you bring a combination of technical understanding, analytical skills, and a strong willingness to learn. You are comfortable working collaboratively, taking responsibility for your tasks, and communicating with both colleagues and clients.

You bring:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical and business data
  • A basic understanding of engineering design, manufacturing, construction, or operational processes
  • A basic understanding of GMP principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
  • The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and project teams
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • A willingness to learn quickly and work across multiple industries and technologies
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • A proactive mindset with demonstrated initiative, ownership, and leadership potential
  • Flexibility to travel and work on-site with clients when required
