Application Process

Resumes will not be accepted in lieu of completing a full electronic application. The application must be completed in full detail (including work history) for your qualifications to be considered. Failure to complete the application process as required by state regulations will result in your application being rejected for the vacancy and you will not be considered for the position.

All student hires must fully complete the application process in order to receive an offer of temporary employment. This posting will be refreshed on the scheduled close date. Students must complete the I‑9 with Human Resources and provide the proper identification documentation for the federal eVerify process.

The duties and responsibilities for student employment will be based upon the business need and will be determined by each Department.

Scope of work will vary and will be determined based upon the needs of the hiring department. Work schedule will vary.

• Undergraduate Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Graduate Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 5 credit hours.
• Enrollment of 3 or more credit hours is required for undergraduate and graduate students during the summer.
