Job Description
As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will receive dedicated classes for the Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. Upon obtaining these licenses, you will learn foundational skills for advisory work—acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, assessing complex financial situations, and providing personalized advice that humanizes financial interactions. You will then work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care.
Advancing to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II typically follows proven success as a licensed FSA I, where you will deepen relationships within a portfolio of clients and pursue further career opportunities within Bank of America and Merrill. The Academy supports your development with programs, tools, and resources throughout your career.
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees involved in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain and maintain SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination.

- Earn SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66) through structured lessons and dedicated study time. You must obtain your SIE within 30 days of hire and Series 7 & 66 within 120 days.
- Build your network by interacting with banking customers, small business owners, and high‑net‑worth clients.
- Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies that help clients achieve financial goals.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to our range of solutions.
- Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses.
