Position Overview
As a Teller within PNC's retail banking organization, you will be based at the Cary Main Branch.
Job Description- Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
- Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on available financial options.
- Identify banking opportunities during conversations and refer appropriate to branch staff.
- Engage customers through lobby activities, position PNC products, and educate on managing transactions using technology and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Roles at this level typically do not require a university or college degree; a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience may suffice. Prior experience is not required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
