Provides full-service banking to business clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions like loans, lines of credit, cash management services, and deposit accounts.

• Develop new relationships through calling on targeted potential clients; uncover prospect needs for products and services and recommend solutions; develop sales plans and strategies; finalize and help structure and close deals with high close rate; answer questions.
• Cross-sell retail, investment, financial, and estate planning services.
• Act as a financial advisor by educating the customer about financial strategies (e.g. Financial planning, investments, insurance, credit, market trends) based on customer profile and financial plan, and matching customer needs with appropriate products and services.
• Monitor customer information/products, financial plan and market trends to identify new customer needs and opportunities to deliver further customer value.
• Build and maintain a portfolio mix of targeted high value and high potential clients.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 6-8 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of cash flow and business credit underwriting with commercial credit training preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge of diverse types of businesses, industries, markets, financial and economic concepts.
• Microsoft Office suite.

As part of the employment process for this position, you will have to meet the requirements of a background credit check. This position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements.
