- Executive Visibility & Impac t:
Serve as the top digital leader with direct partnership alongside executive leadership - Ownership & Autonom y:
Full ownership of the digital roadmap with the ability to build, evolve, and modernize capabilities - Comprehensive Total Rewards:

- Own Digital Banking Ecosystem:
Lead all digital banking platforms (online and mobile), ACH processing, card programs, and fintech/vendor relationships - Drive Strategy & Innovation:
Execute a multi-year digital roadmap focused on adoption, self-service, and enhanced customer experience - Enhance & Expand Capabilities:
Evaluate and implement new solutions including P2P and emerging fintech while optimizing performance and operational efficiency
- Industry Experienced:
Background in banking or financial services with experience in digital banking, payments, or card programs - Emerging or Proven Leader:
Leadership experience or strong second-in-command exposure with the ability to lead teams and initiatives - Forward-Thinking Operator:
Comfortable in a regulated environment with a passion for innovation, vendor management, and digital trends
