The Pricing Finance Analyst serves as a strategic finance partner to Sales and Operations within an assigned zone, providing financial expertise, pricing guidance, and deal support to drive profitable growth. This role is responsible for developing financial models, evaluating pricing strategies, assessing commercial risks, and ensuring proposed service agreements align with business objectives, customer requirements, and financial performance targets.
* Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop, model, and evaluate complex service proposals that balance customer needs with profitability objectives.
* Perform detailed financial and cost analyses, including labor, materials, overhead, and operational factors, to accurately assess deal economics and profitability.
* Identify, quantify, and communicate financial and operational risks associated with proposed agreements, while recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
* Utilize pricing benchmarks, market intelligence, and historical performance data to optimize pricing quality and support margin improvement initiatives.
* Review contract pricing, financial assumptions, margin calculations, and commercial terms to ensure adherence to pricing policies and business guidelines.
* Evaluate opportunities containing non-standard terms and conditions to determine financial viability and operational feasibility.
* Support pricing approval and escalation processes by providing recommendations based on financial analysis, market conditions, and global business directives.
* Collaborate closely with Deal Controllers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on deal assumptions, non-standard deliverables, and future pricing strategies.
* Present financial findings and recommendations to management and senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
* Perform ad hoc financial analyses and special projects in support of strategic business initiatives.

The base pay range for this position is:$107,060 - $147,213

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
