Job Title: Aesthetic NP/RN Injector
Location: Blondie’s Salon & Spa
Status: Commission-Based Role (Flexible Schedule)

Compensation:

• 50% commission on all services performed
• 10% commission on personal retail sales

Blondie’s Salon & Spa is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for aesthetic medicine and exceptional client care. Prior aesthetic experience is preferred but not required—training, mentorship, and ongoing education are provided.

This role offers flexibility to build your own schedule based on client demand, with a preference for evening and weekend availability.

• Perform aesthetic medical services including:
  • Botox and other wrinkle-relaxing injectables
  • Kybella (submental fat reduction)
  • PDO thread lifts
  • IV infusion therapy
  • B12 and wellness injections
  • Additional services as trained and within scope of practice
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on treatment options, pre‑ and post‑care, and expected results
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with state regulations and medical protocols
• Recommend and sell medical‑grade skincare products to enhance treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with the salon and spa team to promote services and grow clientele
• Stay current on aesthetic techniques, safety protocols, and industry innovations through ongoing education

• Current and active NP or RN license in Indiana
• Interest in aesthetic medicine and willingness to learn new treatments
