Next Level Physio is looking for a professional, dependable Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating positive experiences, values health and wellness, and thrives in a structured, people-centered environment.
About UsNext Level Physio of NC was established in 2021. We are a locally owned, growing private physical therapy practice in the heart of Cary, with additional locations in NJ and NC.
We help active adults and athletes overcome persistent injuries and return to the activities they love. Our model is different from traditional clinics — every client receives one-on-one care from highly trained Doctors of Physical Therapy.

The RoleThis is a front desk and administrative support position, focused on patient communication, scheduling, and daily clinic operations.
The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and confident handling multiple tasks while maintaining a warm and professional presence. A background in a physical therapy, medical, or fitness setting is preferred but not required.
You will play an essential role in ensuring our clinic runs smoothly and that every patient feels cared for and supported.
Responsibilities- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally
- Answer and manage inbound phone calls
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- Collect payments and manage front desk transactions
- Maintain accurate patient records in our online systems
- Assist with intake paperwork and documentation
- Communicate clearly with providers regarding scheduling or patient needs
- Support clinic organization and daily administrative tasks
- Help ensure a clean, welcoming front office environment
- Someone who enjoys helping people and creating positive experiences
- A strong communicator with a calm, professional demeanor
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
- Interested in health, wellness, or the fitness community
