• Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments and diagnostic procedures.
• Deliver all respiratory care treatments as ordered, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and airway management.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families to support understanding and continuity of care.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide life‑saving respiratory support.
• Document care in the electronic medical record with accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.

• Active North Carolina Respiratory Care Practitioner License

• Adult Care:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Neonatal/Pediatric Care:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy required.

No experience required.
