Responsibilities
What You’ll Do (Big Picture):
- Build genuine relationships with patients, especially seniors, fostering trust and confidence through exceptional patient outcomes.
- Drive patient education and enthusiasm for hearing health solutions by supporting the sales efforts and patient retention goals of our office.
- Work in support and partnership with office provider to effectively manage the office environment and support exceptional engagement and growth.
- Patient scheduling, communication, check-in/check-out and assist with patient information collection.
- Serve as the first contact for patients who call or visit to schedule appointments or inquire about our products/services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and a uniquely engaging patient experience by communicating clear, honest and accurate information.
- Maintain the reception area and general office appearance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Medical / Dental or Professional services office is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and be proactive regarding clinic and patient needs.
- Positive, engaging presence with a natural desire to help patients feel valued and cared for.
- Exceptional computer skills with knowledge of windows and PC based applications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Primary & 3rd Party Insurance databases preferred.
