Overview
About The Job:
This role is designed for experienced pediatric therapists who want consistency, strong administrative support, and the ability to focus on delivering high-quality, play-based therapy with consistent scheduling and administrative support.
- Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and standardized assessments
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on each child's developmental needs
- Provide one-on-one, clinic-based therapy using play-centered and evidence-based interventions
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment strategies, and document outcomes accurately and on time
- Partner with caregivers to provide education, home programming, and progress updates
- Collaborate with speech therapists, clinic leadership, and administrative staff to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain compliant documentation aligned with payer, CDSA (when applicable), and organizational standards
- Contribute to a positive, well-functioning clinic environment through professionalism and teamwork
Required Qualifications
- Master s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Minimum of one (1) year of pediatrics experience
- Strong understanding of pediatric development and play-based therapeutic approaches
- Ability to work independently within a structured clinic setting while collaborating as part of a team
- Clear, professional communication with families and colleagues
Preferred Qualifications
- One (1) or more years of experience in outpatient pediatric, clinic-based, early intervention, or school-based settings
- Experience working with sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and developmental delays
- Comfort with electronic documentation and clinic workflows
- Collaborative, therapist-led practice with experienced clinical leadership
- Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling options
- Ability to work with cases you feel confident and comfortable managing
- Dedicated administrative support to assist with scheduling, documentation, and coordination
- Ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities
- Salary range: $65,000-$85,000 annually, based on experience and role structure
