- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status
- Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote engagement.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Current CNA certification in North Carolina.
- Previous experience in home care or a similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.
- Flexible schedule to meet client needs, including evenings and weekends.
