Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Cary, NC, for a Vascular Sonographer. The Vascular Sonographer will perform diagnostic vascular ultrasound examinations, assess patient conditions, and interpret images with accuracy to assist in clinical decision‑making. Responsibilities also include collaborating with healthcare professionals, maintaining ultrasound equipment, and ensuring quality imaging results. Additionally, the individual will maintain accurate patient records and uphold the highest standards of patient care.

Exams include arterial, venous, venous insufficiency, carotid and AAA.

Qualifications
  • Certification and credentials:
    American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification is required.
  • Specialized knowledge:
    Expertise in vascular sonography and knowledge of vascular anatomy and pathology.
  • Relevant clinical experience:
    Proficiency in cardiology, vascular, and abdominal diagnostic applications is essential.
  • Additional qualifications:

    Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, and prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
